Elevate Your Practice and Redefine Women's Health

Revolutionising Menopause: Empowering Women, Transforming Care

Embark On a Journey To Redefine Menopause with us at the Thriving Through Menopause Symposium – a pioneering industry event set to transform how we approach this pivotal stage in women’s lives.

Join menopause experts and industry professionals from diverse menopause specialties on February 24, 2025, at the State Library of NSW, Australia’s oldest Library, for a  boutique-style conference like no other.

I’m Chiza Westcarr, and I have over two decades of experience as an educator in the Aesthetics field. I’ve witnessed firsthand the evolution of our industry to embrace collaboration between doctors, nurses, and skin therapists to enhance patient outcomes.

Yet, despite menopausal women being a central focus in aesthetic practice, there remains a significant gap in understanding and addressing women’s holistic well-being during the transitional stages of menopause.

Beyond the visible signs of skin ageing, which as skin specialists we are able to confidently address, lie a myriad of menopause-related challenges that include brain fog, forgetfulness, low mood, inflammation, joint pain, weight gain, cardiovascular and type 2 diabetes risks, osteoporosis, vaginal changes, and much more.

The lack of uniform, readily available information on the changes that occur during menopause means that very often as an industry, we are not confident initiating conversations with our patients that would help us better connect, and offer reassurance and guidance where needed.

The Thriving Through Menopause Symposium is poised to change this.

Tailored for industry professionals like us, this one-day event offers invaluable insights from menopause specialists, dispelling myths, providing valuable tools and expanding our knowledge base.

By joining us, you will not only enhance your understanding of menopause but also be introduced to device companies that may have you consider expanding your clinic offerings.

It’s time to prioritise the care and attention that menopausal women deserve.

Let’s create a referral network to be able to better serve and support our patients. Together, let’s make a tangible difference to their quality of life.

Join us at the Thriving Through Menopause Symposium and be part of a movement that reshapes menopause care in the Aesthetics industry.

I look forward to welcoming each of you to this transformative Symposium!
